Information, purposes and legal basis

Enquiries and quotes. We use your name, email, message and language to reply, prepare proposals and follow up your request. For a requested quote, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other questions, it is our legitimate interest in answering communications (Article 6(1)(f)). Required fields allow us to reply; the form cannot be submitted without them. An enquiry does not authorise marketing.

Newsletter. We collect your email and language for marketing only when you tick the subscription option. We also record the time, source, version and wording of your consent as evidence. The basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Subscribing is optional and independent of enquiries and cookie choices.

Security. Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and abuse protection. Turnstile checks forms when configured and receives technical data, including your IP address. The basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site and preventing spam. New submissions do not store IP addresses or browser identifiers in our contact database; earlier records may contain them.

Statistics and advertising. We enable Google Analytics and Meta Pixel only after the corresponding choice. These services may process online identifiers, visited pages, device information and accepted-enquiry events. Google is used for statistics; Meta measures advertising and builds audiences. The basis is consent. See our cookie policy.

Evidence of cookie choices. We record a random receipt ID, time, language, selected purposes and the notice version and wording to demonstrate your choice (GDPR Article 7(1)). A change may reference the previous receipt ID. These records do not include your name, email, IP address or User-Agent header.

Recipients and transfers

Enquiries are accessible to the authorised Oasis team and handled on Cloudflare infrastructure. Emails sent directly are handled by our mailbox provider. Newsletter subscriptions are collected in “Submissions” and exported by our team to the chosen sending platform, such as MailerLite. Contact enquiries are not a marketing list.

Cloudflare, Google, Meta and email providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are subject to GDPR Chapter V conditions, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with the necessary measures. Retention

Enquiries are retained while we reply, prepare a proposal and follow up the matter. Once no longer needed, they should be deleted, subject to legal obligations or the defence of legal claims. Information needed for a contract follows the legal retention periods applicable to that contract.

The subscription list in Submissions is temporary: it is cleared after export and verification of the import into the sending platform. Consent evidence accompanies the export. In the sending platform, the subscription lasts until you withdraw consent or the list is no longer used. Minimal suppression information may be retained to prevent further messages, along with evidence needed to meet obligations. Exports and backups must also follow these criteria.

Cookie-choice receipts are retained for 24 months and then deleted automatically. The choice stored in your browser still lasts 180 days. For rights requests about a receipt, you can provide the ID stored in the oasis-consent cookie; you do not need to provide additional browsing data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where provided by the GDPR, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email geral@oasisbiosistema.com. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we inform you within that period.

To leave the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any mailing or email geral@oasisbiosistema.com. For cookies, use the footer controls. You can complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

These forms do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you. Social links open external services. YouTube videos connect only after you choose to load a video, with information beside the button.
